765336_140855_ff38767675_p.jpg Dear God,

I really need you to hear my prayers. I feel like it’s bouncing off the roof. My mother needs help. She is very sad and wants to die. If you could send her happiness. I would appreciate it. Please help her find a job. Please help her not to feel bad about my brother dying. Please send us money to pay for food. I’m thankful I live in America. But i feel like I have no power to change the way my life is. I want to be happy, but it is difficult when my mom is so sad. She wishes to leave this earth. Perhaps it would be best if you did take her. That way she wouldn’t suffer anymore. I would miss her. But I hope you hear my prayer and send her a job so she can earn money. She isn’t very good at anything and is not healthy. So it needs to be an easy job. I don’t know if you hear me or not.. I don’t know if you care or not. But i believe that you are there and perhaps you will read my e-mail if you won’t listen to my prayers. Send her money and opportunity. I live in the United States and it’s in a war. Please end the war and let peace come again. I don’t want everyone to get hurt. People cry from the lost love ones. They cry in pain. I hear it and i would change it if i could. Please end the war. Please help those who suffer to find peace. Give me strength to help those in need, like my mom. But most of all bring us a world of peace. With bread to eat and games to play.

Jewels, I am so sorry to hear that things are bad. You sound young, and to be young and have so much pain is awful. It is probably very hard for you to see or feel right now, but there is much more good and love in this world than we often see. Seek out friends, neighbors, or even a local church and you will see that people do care, and things can be better. God doesn’t always step in to solve your problems, but you will find proof of God in the love from others. I will pray for you tonight, and also wish there was something I could do for you. I promise.

I’ll pray for you most definitely, especially because I’m going through something so similar it’s like God lead me to randomly come on to this website to see this.
    God loves you.

If your mom is sick then how can you expect her to get a job? She needs to get well before she can work. I know it’s hard when you’re broke and need money yesterday, but she can’t work if she’s not healthy. Maybe she can apply for disability until she’s healthy enough to look for a job and work again?

Things aren’t going so great for me, either. I’m sick myself and I’ve also been suicidal lately. I wake up in pain, I’m depressed all day, I go to bed in pain (sometimes only to be tormented all night with nightmares) and then I wake up the next day and do it all over again. It’s a miserable existence and some days suicide just seems like the only way out. Working is impossible because of it and even if I did find a job I wouldn’t be able to keep it due to my illness.

Before this I built up my own affiliate marketing business and I was starting to make really good money with it while working from my home. I didn’t even graduate high school and before that I worked at a pizza place, so if I can do it anyone can. But then I got sick again and now I’ve lost all of my income due to my illness. I try to have faith that some day I’ll build it back up, but it’s hard when every day is painful. Things are starting to get better though since I’ve started my new meds, and this is the first time I’ve even felt like getting online in forever.

My own mother is in the same position also except that she’s not suicidal, thank God. She lost her job recently but was fortunate enough to find a new one only it’s hard for her to go to work every day because she’s sick. Also I need her to help take care of me right now because I can’t do it on my own and I know that’s hard for her when she doesn’t even feel good herself. My dad works as a truck driver to support our family so he’s not home much during the week. When he comes home he starts drinking and taking all of his anger out on me. It’s a shitty situation and sometimes it seems like there’s no way out, but for some reason I can’t bring myself to end it just yet.

Anyway, sorry this was so long, and good luck to both of you. I really hope things improve before your mother gets any worse, and I wish there was something else I could do for you.

    Peace,
    amanda

Jewel, you sweet, sweet thing! Here’s what I want you to do . . . get your Mom OUT OF BED! She’s ill because she feels like a failure, that she has let her family down, the sweet thing. You know, things can get really out of control sometimes and we feel like we just can make a difference. But, you know what? We can because of the Lords help. I’m a classic example . . . I didn’t get out of bed today until 3:00 p.m. But, once I dragged myself out of bed and splashed water on my face, I really, truly felt empowered! Seriously!

I know its hard for women of all ages in this country, BUT! Imagine if you lived somewhere else in this world where women are SO, SO suppressed! Africa, Haiti, Afganistan, Pakistan, Latin America even!!

I know this is sooo hard for your Mom, but tell her to look at YOU! You are trying to help her and your family. The struggle is so worth the effort.

I’m hugging you with this message. Hug your Mom, tell her to get up and LIVE. The struggle is worth the effort!.

I love you; I love your Mom. All my very best wishes,

    Karen.
