Dear God is a global project for people around the world to share their innermost hopes - and fears - through prayer.
It doesn’t matter what your version of God is…Jesus, Allah, Buddha or simply a spiritual universal energy… praying to a higher power soothes and heals. It is believed that people who pray are healthier, happier and more resilient.
Share your prayers here and help us create hope one prayer at a time. Simply send us your personal letter to your God and/or a picture that sums up your message visually. (Dear God will source a picture if you don’t have one).

Here’s an idea: open a special window where people can give you ideas on how to make the site “survive” !!
Or right here !!
I propose: make it possible for people to make simple accounts, where they can log in, where they can see who is actually writing for them, give advice… I am sure that this would be an opportunity to make good, lasting friends !!

I wondered why nothings been updated recently on here. When I first visited the site and read the storys it was inspirational and helpful, its sad that the site has slowly shut down. It would be great if you could keep it going and use some of the suggestions people have mentioned. I miss it lots.

I really hope someone buys this site. I read some of these prayers and while some are disheartening and sad, the comments and concern are uplifting. It’s nice to see everyday people come to this site for help, support, teaching, venting and believing. Please keep this site going.

Why not charge a subscription to the ones that wants to post and free to those that wants to visit or send uplifting messages. Example; 5 dollar amonth donations for subscribers, also you can ask for non profit donations.

Dear God, Please keep this site going. I would buy it if i could. It has inspired me in so many ways and i’m quite sure it has done the same with thousands of people around the world. Please make some wealthy person buy it or give us all an idea to keep this site alive. I think there could be some way for us to donate a few bucks to keep this project alive.
