Dear God is a global project for people around the world to share their innermost hopes - and fears - through prayer.
It doesn’t matter what your version of God is…Jesus, Allah, Buddha or simply a spiritual universal energy… praying to a higher power soothes and heals. It is believed that people who pray are healthier, happier and more resilient.
Share your prayers here and help us create hope one prayer at a time. Simply send us your personal letter to your God and/or a picture that sums up your message visually. (Dear God will source a picture if you don’t have one).

Dear Miss C,
I am on the other side of the world, but I can hear the beat of your footsteps one after another as you take another step toward getting out from under those bills. You may not realize it, but every bit you don’t spend, and every bill you pay off, does make echos…sometimes that are heard around the world.
I know you can be debt free. Can feel it from here. Keep taking those steps!

Dear Miss C
I am proud of you. Take one thing at a time, one foot in front of the other. You will see the end of it, don’t worry.

Miss C
I am very proud of you. I’m in the same predicament. I am a husband and a father of 2. I am the only person working and trying to make ends meet. I’m heavy in debt and trying to pay it off one at a time. Just like everyone else, take it one at a time and things will be better. I pray for the day that I am finally debt free and not have to worry about money. I know that what is happening to me is just a temporary thing that will eventually be taken care of with patience and will power. But let’s not forget that God is always there. Pray to God for spirital guidance and protection, and he will help you in his own special way.
I will pray for you and hope you will finally succeed in clearing your debts.

Dear Miss C.
You are absolutely right, everyone deserves a second chance. Even God says so. He loved the world so much, that he gave his only son to die for it. I am a Christian. We believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins, which brings all those that believe in him, back into fellowship with God. We believe that in Christ we are new creatures. Old things are past away, and all things are new. Unfortunately, sometimes it takes unfortunate circumstances for us to submit ourselves to his lordship. Our human nature causes us to try too hard in our flesh, and sometimes it is not until our flesh has been exhausted trying, that we can truly realize that there is no way out, except with the help of God. You started the process by seeking his help, I suggest you lay your concerns at the foot of the cross. Ask him to lead you on the paths of righteousness, and I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed.
I pray that the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will come upon you, and that the healing virtue of Jesus Christ will flow from the top of your child’s head to the soul of his/her feet. May you and your house see the salvation of God. Amen

Hi,
I’m on the same situation like you and worse I just lost my job. But I also seeks God’s help that I may find a new job soon in order to survive my family. I know it’s really hard but this is how our faith is tested. Just keep in touch with God, sometimes you don’t know He is really talking to you by the message you received from all source of media. Just last week I also ask God if there will be a good news coming for me in the internet google and the first line that comes out for my search is “God will supply”. I smiled and happy to know that God is giving me the right words to hear. I need to keep my faith on that. I pray too that you can have some answers but let us try to be patient. Everything is possible - Jesus Christ is the answer.

Its hard to want nice things and want a nice car or one that doesn’t break down every week. If you need help Now— EVERYONE read “Dave Ramsay” Money Makeover— He is also on TV— his philsophy is no credit cards. send over due bills $5 -10 dollars a month and pay the lowest one off first and work your way up. He has people on his show that have gotten out of Debt making 30,000. it took them 3-5 years, but they own their house free and clear, no credit cards, no debt and money in the bank. — I am working towards this. its alot less stressful, when you can save 1,000 for emergency, like illnesses and car problems, etc. I hate paying 35.00 dollars interest on my credit card every month. good luck everyone…

God provides.
Remember the sparrows in the Bible? God feeds them, how much more you who He loves so much that he died on the cross for you?
Have faith dear. Do you just wish God would provide or do you KNOW and BELIEVE he would? They are different.

BTW, I know so many people who are not well-off but can even feed their families. They even said that their lives are not mathematically correct because how God provides is just amazing.

Miss C
Please keep your Faith in God. I am a sinner (big time) and believe me if it wasnt for God i think i would have ended my life long ago. i try my best not to but i am jsut to weak and give in time and time again. but God always gives me a message afterwards where He assures me that my sins are forgiven because Jesus his Son and our Brother have died for us. I am sure that through all the quick prayers that other have given on your behalf whilst reading your outcry that God will assist you. Please also note that you as i with my sinning must reach a point where we say i am going to be diciplined enough not to make more debt, visit places that make me want to sin or buy stuff that will put me further into financial pressure. in my own life the times i came the closest to God is the times when i suffer the most, then God brings a miracle into my life and i get out of my hole. unfortunatly it is i that cannot control myself and i fall back into a slump. what i am saying is that you must look inside yourself and be honest with yourself and reaaly look if you are doing what you should to get into a better financial position good luck

Dear God,
As you are the master planner of my life and future of who or what i would become please hear me now and help me out of the financial situation i am in. You bless me to multiply and live a health like but i sometime fallen weak in my faith because of the financial downfall and the lost of my children. I know that this world did not just appear out of thin air, i know that the bible did not inspire so many men from different custures and background to tell the same stories about you. So while i may some time forget..I know that you are the God of creation and you love all those who trust you and dedicate their life to you. While my child support exceed $80,000 and i am treaten to be lock up, and my kids cannot visit or see me, and my income is too low to pay my overhead for living. i know that within your plan i will be happy and successful. With out questioning your authority and plan i beg you now to help me find this money some way to pay off all my child support so i wont have to go to jail or see my children suffer. I refuse to die or fall to the trap of the devil i am trusting you for aa better future. As i walk thru the valley of the shadow of death, loosing my children, job, money, child support, disgrace by my children mothers, loose friends, gain enemies, and all the bad things the devil may bring against me i will fear no evil, but trust in you o God, Elolim.
I love you and with the proven trust manay of old have in you i too place my trust and hope in you that every thing in under your control and will be better.
Praise you oh God, who lives through out all generations.

Miss C.
I will not repeat what everyone else has said in their comments, as I know that you must have an enormous amount of faith or you would not be on this website. At least ,I hope that I am correct, with that assumption. It is your faith that God with supply and to truly “believe” with a “strong conviction” in your heart will you get a resolution. You MUST “believe” from the depts of your soul…not just thoughts of your mind.
Now to suggest some financial avenues to take. You mentioned medical bills of your child….If your child is not receiving Medicaid, I would suggest that you apply asap. If you are unemployed, now is the time to apply. If you do have income, you can still apply but the child my be placed on a “spenddown”….which is still a good thing. He/She will not be medicaid eligible, per sey, but if the child’s medical bills (to include prescriptions) exceed a certain dollar amount, Medicaid will kick in and pay anything over the spenddown amount. Basically a spenddown is the same as a deductible and must be calculated every 6 months. The good thing is this: Example: Your income is 2,000 a month. Multiple that amount by 6 months equals 12,000, then take away a manadory deduction required by state policy….guessing at the moment to be around 2,000 which leaves a spenddown amount of 10,000. If your child has astronomical bills but has been approved for a spenddown in Medicaid, then you would pay the first 10,000 (which could be a payment monthly) and Medicaid pays for all bills over the 10,000. Do not quote me as 100% accurate as it could be more beneficial than I have explained if you run across a really good Medicaid Case Worker than advises you properly. This may not be info that helps , but hopefully it does.
God sends angels in our path to help out, daily. The good christians on this website are fulfilling God’s plan and trying really hard to support you and help lead you in the right direction. God uses people and circumstances to answer prayers. Open your mind and heart, get rid of your pride and go get the help you need. Pride is evil and prevents us from moving in the direction god has intended. It may not be that God is not answering, you are just resisting. Take a long hard look at what my be keeping you from receiving his answers. May your receive his blessings, as I know without a doubt that his is sending them daily. My best to you.
